Our wholesale accounts are just for businesses but you can order our products directly from our webshop. You don't need to setup an account with us to order from the webshop.

To view wholesale pricing you need to open a wholesale account.

We accept payment by debit/credit card, BACS and direct debit via GoCardless.

Once you login to your wholesale account and place an order with us, you'll receive an order invoice from us. Follow the payment instructions in the email.

Unless you have a credit account with us, payment must be received before we dispatch your order.

We do provide payment terms upon application and reserve the right to cancel payment terms at any time.

Yes - in fact the majority of our coffee shop customers have a recurring order. This saves you from having to login and place the same order every week or month. To do this, get in touch with our sales team.

Yes - we deliver our products to a number of events and festivals of all sizes throughout the year. For large orders (£1000.00 or more) - we deliver using chilled pallet couriers or our own fleet of refrigerated vans to ensure your order arrives on time.
