  • Can I open a wholesale account if I'm not a business?
    Our wholesale accounts are just for businesses but you can order our products directly from our webshop. You don't need to setup an account with us to order from the webshop.
  • Where can I view wholesale pricing?
    To view wholesale pricing you need to open a wholesale account.
  • How do I pay for my order?
    We accept payment by debit/credit card, BACS and direct debit via GoCardless. Once you login to your wholesale account and place an order with us, you'll receive an order invoice from us. Follow the payment instructions in the email. Unless you have a credit account with us, payment must be received before we dispatch your order.
  • Do you offer credit to wholesale customers?
    We do provide payment terms upon application and reserve the right to cancel payment terms at any time.
  • Can I setup a weekly standing order with you?
    Yes - in fact the majority of our coffee shop customers have a recurring order. This saves you from having to login and place the same order every week or month. To do this, get in touch with our sales team.
  • Do you deliver to events and festivals?
    Yes - we deliver our products to a number of events and festivals of all sizes throughout the year. For large orders (£1000.00 or more) - we deliver using chilled pallet couriers or our own fleet of refrigerated vans to ensure your order arrives on time. Get in touch with our sales team to discuss your requirements.
  • What's the RRP for your products?
    Login to your wholesale account to view product RRPs. RRPs are based on retail prices charged by existing customers and might be slightly higher in high footfall locations.
  • What's your MOQ (minimum order quantity)?
    Our minimum order is 1 box of 10 rolls.
  • Where do you deliver to?
    We deliver to UK mainland business addresses. Inside M25: Delivered by our own fleet of refrigerated vans Outside M25: Delivered in temperature controlled boxes using a next working day courier service (usually Parcelforce or DPD). Delivery can take up to 2 working days. Temperature control inside the boxes is designed to keep your products safe and fresh for up to 48 hours.
  • What are your delivery days?
    Our wholesale deliveries take place on Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday between 7am and 1pm. Postal courier deliveries can take up to 2 working days (due to delays out of our control!)
  • What are your delivery charges?
    Inside M25: £10.00 for orders below £75.00. Free delivery for orders above £75.00 Outside M25: £10.00 for orders below £150.00. Free delivery for orders above £150.00.
  • What happens if nobody is present to take delivery?
    If you're not around our driver (or courier) will leave your boxes in a safe place unless instructed otherwise. We won't take responsibility for missing boxes. In order to avoid missing boxes, please add delivery instructions to your order during order checkout.
  • Where can I view product specifications?
    Login to your wholesale accounts and browse our product catalogue. You'll find information on ingredients, allergens, shelf life, storage, serving and RRPs.
  • Can I freeze my products?
    Yes - our products are delivered chilled but can be frozen on day of arrival for up to 1 month. Always follow the handling instructions enclosed in your order.
